Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation:

   • Customers can cancel their registration for a webinar up to 24 hours before the scheduled start time to be eligible for a refund.
   • No cancellations or refunds will be accepted after this period.

2. Refund Process:

   • Refunds will be processed within 7 working days from the date of cancellation approval.
   • The refund will be credited to the original payment method.

3. No-Show Policy:

   • If a customer does not attend the webinar, no refund will be provided.

4. Rescheduling:

   • If the event is rescheduled by Mindxprt, customers will be given the option to attend the new session or request a full refund.

5. Technical Issues:

   • If a participant faces technical issues preventing access to the webinar, they must report it within 1 hour of the start time for assistance or rescheduling.
